Returns & Exchanges

At Revivo Avenue, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@revivoavenue.com with the following subject line and details:

Subject: Exchange / Return [your order number]
Message Body:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email Adress
  • Item(s) to be shipped
  • Tracking number (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back without prior notification by email and without a tracking number communicated in advance cannot be accepted.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos — we will be happy to help. For requests submitted after this window, our standard return and exchange policy will apply.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, or custom production reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, swim shorts, etc.)
  • Socks and hosiery
  • Pierced jewelry (such as earrings or body piercings)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-returnable”, "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or "Archive" — these orders are eligible for an exchange only

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

Exchanges

We encourage exchanges to ensure you get the perfect item. To make the process seamless, simply return your original item, and once your return is approved, we’ll send out your exchange right away—no need to place a new order. This way, you secure your preferred item without waiting for a refund to be processed.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, please ship the item(s) back to our return facility in France using a trackable shipping method.

For select destinations, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label to facilitate the process. The return label is provided free of charge for exchanges and returns refunded as store credit, and deducted from the refund amount for refunds to the original payment method. Please retain your tracking number and proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.

Please note that exchanged items cannot be returned or re-exchanged unless they present a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt.

Returns

Please retain your tracking number and proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed. Revivo Avenue cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, clients residing within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which they may withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason. This period starts on the day the goods are received.

If a return request is submitted and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, we offer store credit only, provided the request is made within 14-day return window and the item is returned in original, unworn, and unused condition.
