Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website www.revivoavenue.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed online at www.revivoavenue.com. An order confirmation is sent by email once your order is accepted. By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of these Terms of Sale, as well as our return policy and any other applicable policies published on our website.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and ShopPay. Payment is due immediately at checkout. Prices are displayed in euros or in your local currency. They include all applicable VAT and taxes. All shipping charges and taxes are covered by Revivo Avenue, so there is nothing to pay by the client upon delivery. For pre-order items, the estimated delivery date is specified on the product page.

Delivery

We deliver to most countries worldwide. If you are able to enter your shipping address at checkout and complete the order, it means we can deliver to your location. Average delivery times are indicated at checkout. These timelines may vary depending on dispatching time, usually within 2 business days, as well as customs workload, national holidays, strikes, or other exceptional circumstances. The time indicated at checkout is expressed in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. In accordance with EU legislation, we undertake to deliver your order within 30 days.

Deliveries are carried out by recognized providers such as DHL, DPD, Chronopost, La Poste, Cirro, GOFO, Evri, Australian Post, or equivalent. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods. Orders are shipped from our international warehouse located in China. All shipping charges and taxes are covered by Revivo Avenue, so there are no additional costs to pay upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, EU customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons. 

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Products with paper tags cut cannot be accepted. The return package must be shipped within 14 days after you made a return request and you must share a tracking number with us. Packages shipped past this period cannot be accepted. The date of shipment according to the tracking data counts, not the date of reception by our warehouse.

The return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility. To return an order, please follow the instructions provided in our return policy. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. For EU orders, refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For international orders, refunds are issued in store credit equivalent.

Exclusions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for items made to order, personalized goods, or sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Cancellations and Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours at info@revivoavenue.com.

Products

The essential characteristics of our products are presented on the product pages of our website. This includes details such as composition, size, fit, and care instructions. All photos displayed on our website are professionally retouched for presentation purposes.

Models may wear sizes that differ from their usual size to achieve a specific styling or artistic effect. Accessories and decorative elements visible in photographs are not included in the product unless expressly stated. Slight variations in color, appearance, or fit due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or styling do not constitute a defect. Customers are invited to consult the size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Revivo Avenue is a concept store of fashion that promotes minimalistic streetwear styles. We work both with white label products and partner brands. The country of origin and the partner brand information are available at all times in the “Product Care & Details” section of each product page.

Liability and Legal Warranties

We are legally obliged to deliver goods that are in conformity with the contract in accordance with Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, valid for 2 years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act. The personal information you provide when placing an order, such as your name, address, contact details, and payment information, is used exclusively to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, and comply with our legal obligations. The legal bases for processing your data are the performance of the sales contract, our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper management of our business, and, where applicable, your consent, for example for receiving our newsletter. Your data is kept only for the time necessary to fulfill these purposes and to comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be transferred to our technical partners, such as Shopify and payment service providers, strictly for the operation of the website and the processing of your order. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing for legitimate reasons and withdraw your consent at any time when consent is the legal basis for processing. If you believe that your data protection rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in France or with your local supervisory authority.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring the dispute before the competent court of your place of residence within the EU.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to use a free consumer mediation service. Our designated mediator is the Médiateur du e-commerce de la FEVAD, 60 rue la Boétie, 75008 Paris, www.mediateurfevad.fr.
